What you are buying

A one-time build fee of $99 covers building your website. A monthly subscription, from $99, covers hosting it and using the GroSolo dashboard. Which features you get depends on the plan you are on, and the plans are described on the pricing page.

Billing

The subscription is month to month and renews automatically until you cancel. Prices are in US dollars. If a payment fails we will tell you and try again over the following days before anything is switched off.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time and it takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for. We do not charge a cancellation fee. The build fee is not refundable once the site has been built, because that is the work it paid for.

What you own

You own your domain, your content, your photos and your customer data. We own the platform and the software. If you leave, you keep your domain and we will hand over your content.

Payments from your customers

Payments run as direct charges through your own Stripe account. Your customer pays you. We take no percentage and no platform fee, and your relationship with Stripe is governed by Stripe's own terms. Refunds, chargebacks and disputes are between you, your customer and Stripe.

What we ask of you

That the content you give us is yours to use, that what your site claims about your business is true, and that you do not use GroSolo to send unsolicited bulk email or to do anything illegal. We can suspend an account that does.

Uptime and support

We run on Google Cloud and Vercel and we work to keep everything up, but we do not offer a contractual uptime guarantee at these prices and we will not pretend otherwise. Support is by email and a person answers it.

Changes

If we change these terms we will tell existing clients by email before the change takes effect. Questions go to hello@grosoloai.com.
