What this covers

This page covers grosoloai.com and the GroSolo dashboard. It does not cover the websites we build for our clients: on those, the business whose name is on the site is the one responsible for the data, and we process it for them.

What we collect when you visit this site

If you fill in the contact form we collect what you type into it: your name, your business, your email, and anything else you choose to tell us. We use it to answer you. We do not sell it, and we do not put you into an automated sales sequence.

We do not set advertising cookies on this site and we do not run third-party tracking pixels on it.

What we collect if you become a client

Your account details, your business settings, and the data your own customers generate through your site: enquiries, appointments, invoices, payments and reviews. That data is yours. We hold it so the software can work, and we do not use one client's data to do anything for another.

Who else touches it

• Google Cloud and Firebase host the platform and store the data.
• Vercel serves this site and the sites we build.
• Stripe processes payments. Card details go to Stripe and never to us.
• Resend sends the email the platform sends on your behalf.

Each of these is a processor acting on our instructions, and each publishes its own security and privacy terms.

The demo

The public demo signs you into a shared sandbox account with invented sample data in it. It is not a real business and the people in it are not real people. Nothing you do in the demo sends email to anybody, and it is reset from time to time.

How long we keep things

While you are a client, and for a reasonable period after, so that an account can be restored if you come back or if there is a billing question. Ask us to delete it sooner and we will, except where we have to keep a record for tax or legal reasons.

Ask us what we hold about you, ask for it back, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@grosoloai.com and a person will handle it.
